To have your athlete included in this years slide show at the awards ceremony, please email jpg files, zip files, or links to Picasa, Shutter Fly, Flicker, Costco, ...  to mistyforst@gmail.com.          

DUE DATE is MAY 1st, but send them in before this, so we have time to add them to the video.

*  We need athletic photos of your athlete in their Bailey sport uniforms (either playing or posing with friends and their big smiles).  

**  We also need a baby picture of your athlete.  This photo should be earlier than 3 years of age. 

You may either scan and email to Misty or leave it in the front office of Bailey MS (to be put in the Athletics Booster in-box).  Be sure to add your athlete's full name and what sport they played.
