To have your athlete included in this years slide show at the awards ceremony, please email jpg files, zip files, or links to Picasa, Shutter Fly, Flicker, Costco, ...  to mistyforst@gmail.com.          

 DUE DATE is MAY 1st, but send them in before this, so we have time to add them to the video.

 1)  We need athletic photos of your athlete in their Bailey sport uniforms (either playing or posing with friends and their big smiles).  

 2)  We also need a baby picture of your athlete.  This photo should be earlier than 3 years of age. 

 You may either scan and email to Misty or leave it in the front office of Bailey MS (to be put in the Athletics Booster in-box).  Be sure to add your athlete's full name and what sport they played.
